sonamedic presents the new sonamedic Business Course for relaxation and focus for the first time at the Serview Festival. In this 12-week course, participants gain lasting skills for creating a friendly working atmosphere and for dealing with stress.
In addition, sonamedic founder Philipp Hofheinz will give an insight into the fascinating effect of sound in his keynote WTF is Deep Works Sound (02.12.2021 | 1 pm).
And to start the day awake, there will be a sonamedic wake-up session every morning at 8:30 am from 30.11.2021 – 03.12.2021. Together we will start the day with a small relaxation or mindfulness exercise.
