Sleep – Academy at SERVIEW

Sleep is rest for body and mind. At least it should be. But unfortunately, many people have problems falling asleep or sleeping through the night. Then not only the night becomes a challenge, but also the next day is a mess. We are irritable, tired and unable to concentrate. And unfortunately, we can no longer really enjoy the finer things in life, such as a delicious meal or a get-together with friends.

That’s why this week’s sonamedic Academy at SERVIEW is all about sleep. How do you create an optimal sleeping atmosphere? And what other possibilities are there, apart from counting sheep, to help us fall asleep? Course instructor Karima Stockmann again has many valuable tips and exercises in her bag.

In the course module "Quiet Place", she shows participants small mindfulness exercises and breathing techniques that can be integrated into any daily routine.
